Commercial Inspection
Commercial Inspections are very similar to residential inspections. A commercial inspection is based on the type of structure requested for evaluation. All fees are determined by the size of the structure and other services requested. The first step is gathering the information from the client that is requesting the inspection. Some structures may require a pre assessment of the property for perparation of the inspection. A thorough examination of the following systems and components will be performed;
* Heating and Cooling systems
* Plumbing System
* Electrical System
* Roofing System
* Exterior and Interior
* Structural Components
* Foundation, Basement and Crawl Spaces where applicable
A detailed report is processed after every inspection, this is a report that contains pictures and statements identifying minor or major deficiencies. Each comprehensive report can be emailed in PDF format, or given in print form.
